A Second Chance in life, A Clear Purpose: Building the Future Together

 

Ten years ago this week, around 4:30pm on a typical Friday, I experienced a nervous breakdown in the USA.

At the time - I was working remotely, alone, on a virtual call with the product group about IT change management. That week had been a blur of sleepless nights and overwhelming anxiety. What followed was a long, painful recovery - emotionally, mentally, and physically. It tested my family, my identity, and my sense of reality.

That moment changed everything.

After the dust settled, the lonely fight and the emotional turmoil, one realization anchored me: the power of gratitude.

The simple thought, "It could have been worse" kept me grounded. I could have lost my health permanently, or even my life.  

This realization reshaped my entire perspective. 

I became fiercely intentional about appreciating the little things, slowing down, and keeping my thoughts, aspirations, and ego in check. But the most significant shift? I began to see myself as someone who had been granted a second chance in life.  

This second chance isn't merely personal; it's the bedrock of my current planned venture. It's the unwavering force that drives me to show up daily with dedication, clarity, compassion, and purpose. I made a promise to myself: to never compromise my mental well-being. Burnout taught me that anything less than intentional living comes at an immeasurable cost.  

I'm sharing this not to elicit sympathy or pity. This isn't about the past, but about the profound future I am building. This is a moment of gratitude and profound hope.

I am energized, focused, and ready to create something truly meaningful. My venture is a direct manifestation of that second chance - a platform poised for impact, innovation, and transformation.
